About the opportunity:

We’re looking for a Business System Analyst who has the same passion for quality and excellence that we do. The successful candidate will work with our testing, business systems analyst and development teams to ensure that our software continues to be industry leading.


You will be responsible for:

  • Working with our customers to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into scenarios, user stories, and requirements.
  • Developing use cases, functional specifications, and creating user interface and database designs.
  • Overseeing all stages of product development including testing and implementation


About you:

Ideally you would have the following skills:

  • An understanding of business analysis methodologies and processes
  • An understanding of the software development life cycle
  • An ability to quickly build trusted relationships with stakeholders and work to determine optimal solutions
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, able to see the big picture
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and a detailed-orientated mindset
  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, SQL and Microsoft applications
