IT Application Support Position

We are seeking an application support person to join our team. This is a user and software support role that has a help desk component, which includes taking calls, offering assistance and updating internal database support systems. This role also incorporates working with the software development team to test software applications and analyse/specify software change requirements. Testing experience is a definite advantage.
